Only the new version of the map of my novel 
Really simple XD
In this map there are just the main mountains, rivers, etc. so the smallest ones aren't drawn.
Yeah, the Grat Lake is a huge lake! XDD
In the North and in the East of the map (even if you can't see it) there is the ocean, in the South there is the desert.
The Hills Valley is also called Rises Valley.
I hope it's understandable

Well, actually tundra would be separated from grass plains by thousands of kilometers. Therefore the forest wolves would have quite a lot of lands to live and hunt.
Also tundra isn't always covered with snow.It looks like this:[link] in summer and spring (mountains are optional).
In real life it would be (from north to south):
Arctic desert
forest tundra: [link]
Tundra
Taiga - generally it's temperate coniferous forest
Mixed forests - where broad-leaf forests meet coniferous forests
Forest steppe - where grasslands meet forests
Steppe or prairie - grasslands themselves
Therefore tundra and grasslands will be separated by thousands of kilometers. Thus the Forest here will be the biggest area on the map.
Ok, why to fight when actually there is enough place for everybody? Or reason is more complex than simple lack of hunting grounds?
